Well then you need to contact the site you've been entering through. If you legitimately won, then they should already have your e-mail address and home address and will let you know how your check will be sent. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR BANK INFORMATION!!

I still believe you are being scammed. 

It's all a scam, all of it. Don't give out personal information, particularly your phone number, you'll end up with weird charges on your phone bill, trust me...Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame o me.........
