      TAKE HIM TO A VET. The tongue hanging out is NOT a good sign. GO NOW!

        You waited this long? He should have been to the vet already. Not to scare you but it sounds like he's having trouble breathing. It could be heart related.

        he might have a fever. take him to the vet. its not good.
