I spend 20 minutes searching for an answer to this. I could not find anything about it. I do not think Google understands 378 North Division. If it was a housing development, I doubt there will be a write up about it on the internet. Perhaps take a drive out there if you can and speak to some old timers living there. Or go to city hall and check with the planning and zoning dept. They may have some history you can look at.
