Take a writing class on story writing and write your story. Earliest memory forward. When you do this you will find all kinds if memories popping up in a disordered way. Write them down as you remember and don’t try to organize it in any way. Continue to write every day and don't look back to see what you wrote. Letting your memory discharge by doing this will free your mind from the burden of a lifetime of unacknowledged events and let you see your own life more clearly. In this way you you get your story out to one person you can trust…yourself. 

Everyones life is remembered as a series of events that tell a story. Writing it down gives you an opportunity to share your story with as many others as you like.
