Hello.
I just became a tenant. Before signing the tenancy agreement I was assured by the letting agent that the landlord will remove his belongings from the flat as well as make some minor refurbishment. When we moved in nothing was done. Now we received a message that the landlord will not remove anything from the flat and the paintwork will be done partially. What can we do?
