My neighbor is always half in the bag writing checks that bounce higher than his ego..

A very old and homeless woman who comes by every now and then to have a roof over her head for a change................she can't hold a conversation...

The bag holds many things...but the NSA and CIA said if I told you what those things were they'd kill me....so, good guessing my friend.
