      gout is a condition where excess uric acid in the body turns to tiny crystals in the joints and tendons.50% of cases involve the big toe (prodagra).gout is very painful and is recurrent .go to your doctor and he will do a simple test for excess uric acid.

        Your doctor will tell you. Gout is usually the legs not the feet but see a doctor anyway.

          My husband suffers from gout and his feet will hurt something terrible. Ibuphrofen (at a therapeutic dose) taken every 6 hours will help. Also, keep to a low fat diet to keep symptoms at bay.
