I can't download anything from the web or get on skype, I get an error message skype is unavailable to try again later I have windows XP
I am using windows XP Suddenly I am unable to download anything on thew we beb withiout an error message saying the site is unavailable or to try again later. Would it be my security settings if so how do I reset it. I am also unable to do a system restore.
