It all started when he asked my father to shovel his snow and my father, who was 5 years younger turned him down. He lived across the street and started staring at us, making cat calls, turning his outside light on when we left or came home, blowing kisses at me (I'm 100% straight), and calling me a faggot, exposing himself to my mother, instigating the other neighbors and his visiting relatives to harass us and tormenting us with his car. He even went out of his way to find out where I worked. He died many years ago. No, I am very lucky. I have good neighbors. Before I moved to NH. I was living in another state.and we had some really bad neighbors who had liquor and b.eer delivered by the case to theire home. They fought with everyone in the neighborhood and used foul lanquage. It was not a pleasant place to live.

I've no recollection of a neighbor from hell, but a couple of housemates could qualify....the one who had smelly feet, the one who kept her LSD in the freezer, the one who never paid her share of the bills on time, the guy I married.

I didn't use to have neighbors 2 years ago , but now when I changed my location I have an annoying neighbors in my neighborhood , I once tried to park my car in front of their building , then they started to steal some parts of it , but i didn't call the police , actually my friend did, and then they said that i called the police , then i fought with them till they retreated :)

Used to have a bully, for a neighbour, in UK, when she was drunk, come banging on the door, looking to fight. Police sorted that out. Used to stand in main door way, and try to stop me passing, I had to push pass her. The best day ever, was the day I moved out, of the apartment, and left that family behind, after 9 yrs. Now back home in Ireland, have best neighbours ever.

I am the neighbor from hell. I have to run my engines before they're delivered (very loud), I play hard rock music all day which echoes through the woods. I tolerate no dogs that bark for no reason. The Sheriff visits me a few times a year because of the engines, they can be heard up to six miles away. My neighbors are all cool with me, there in my shop most of the time even if I'm not there.
