      Gatorade. Electrolites in it will restore your system quicker.

        DRINK PLENTY OF FLUIDS..AND take an electolyte balance powder/med as Ed SAID!...progress to bland foods that you can tolerate..as in Shabna`s BRAT diet..clever!!:-)...IF conditions persists or worsens consult your GP for investigation and advice!
