      You should call a wild life reserve for the bird. It's not legal to keep wild life. I would wonder what else is wrong with the bird if he is letting you pat him. Birds carry diseases that can make people sick. Call a professional to look after him.

        Go to this page to see that Colleen is correct...it is illegal to keep crows...there's a wildlife recovery site you can access here and know that crows do not like to be alone and they love canned dog and cat food as well as table scraps...take him/her to wildlife recovery right away please. Peace.
