      Not if it's listed as an auction and not if someone has already clicked to purchase it. If it's just a sale and not an auction then you can remove  the ad and relist it at the new price.

          Not everything on eBay is auctioned. A lot of people have stores on eBay where their items are listed with buy it now prices.
