Jenn Air built-in BBQ natural gas installation - low flame when on high

My new Jenn Air built-in BBQ (from Lowe's) came with the propane regulator / adapter on it. I removed it and installed the natural gas regulator and hose that came with the grill.  First time using it, the grill never got over 350 deg. and the flame appeared to be too low when burner was on "High".  Is there an adjustment somewhere that will fix this?  Thanks, Jon

Doe the manual for it have a trouble shooting section?  Is that a model designed to be converted? The heat range of different gases vary a lot more than many people realize.
