This is very strange. The poor homeless man is now permanently disfigured. I wonder what will happen to him. Drugs are the downfall of our society. What I was disgusted about too, was the fact, that many people riding theire bikes and saw it happen, but did not stop or call the police. That really made me sick. What kind of society is this?

Rudy Eugene, of North Miami Beach, was shot multiple times by Miami Police after being caught in a cannibal attack Saturday.
"The guy was, like, tearing him to pieces with his mouth, so I told him, 'Get off!'" eyewitness Larry Vega told WSVN after flagging down a police officer when he saw Eugene chewing another man's face off. "The guy just kept eating the other guy away, like, ripping his skin."
The Miami Herald reported that the 31-year-old criminal has been arrested 8 times since he was 16-years-old, for battery charges and drug possession. The identity of Eugene's victim is believed to be a homeless man.
One of the Miami officials said "seventy-five to 80 percent of his (the victim's) face was missing," Armando Aguilar told NBC Miami. "He was actually swallowing pieces of the man's face." The New York Daily News quoted Vega as saying the scene was similar to that of a character on the Walking Dead.
As far as Eugene's motive for the assault, police say Eugene may have been suffering from a drug-induced psychosis which causes the body to heat up, prompting some users to strip in order to cool down.
His ex-wife says that the world seemed to be against him and that they parted ways when Eugene became more violent. "I wouldn't say he had [a] mental problem but he always felt like people was against him type of attitude," Jenny Ductant told Local 10. "No one was for him, everyone was against him."
We wonder why.
