        If at all possible, try to push or pull the paper in the direction it normally goes through the printer. Use a sheet of heavy stock (file folder, etc) to push through the paper path to remove small torn pieces.

          Open all the doors and determine where it is stuck. Gently, push, pull, work the paper out. Make sure to turn the machine off first. This stuff happens...............
