      It probably needs a tune up. If you do not know how to clean out your computer and do a tune up on it, call in the Geek Squad and have it done.

        Sometimes the computer is still loading up the ads and stuff that goes along with the page you are on.

          you need to defrag go on to main menu and put in defrag and it will come up for yo to click on it takesa few minutes but you will find that it runs better
