Too many people do not know they have Vitamin B 12 deficiency. I give myself Vit. B12 injections once a month. By the time it was dicovered, , I had to have two blood transfusions. and they determined it was caused by my overactive thyroid and a ruptured appendix a few years before. The best way to avoid Vit. B12 deficiency is to take 1 tabelspoon of natural Blackstrap Molasses a day or Vitamin B Supercomplex.

Lack of vitamin B12 leads to pernicious anemia.
