    can horticultural oil kill virginia creeper

    Because of aphids on our virginia creeper, my husband sprayed them with horticultural oil.  They do not appear to be leafing out as usual, very spotty.  Am wondering if the oil may have been applied to late or incorrectly.  Thanks.

      I can't find any information that it does. Read the bottle to see the list of what it does kill or check with a gardening center.
