        It's not the motor it,s the generator (alternator) it's worse on AM radio than Fm radio but can be filter out sometimes by move radio wire away from relay's and other power cables. you put a fiter on the power cable to the radio and on the antena (ariel).

          The wires to your amp should be shielded wiring. Also the plug wires in your car have been known to cause a static like sound in the radio.
