    see m to have trapped an organ on the left hand side in my back when coughing and it hurts when i sit up facing to the side

    sharp pain when i cough on left hand side between ribs and hip and very sore to touch but no brusing

      Sounds like possible Spleen damage , best get to a doctor pronto...

            Could be a muscle strain or something more serious...if in doubt...ALWAYS check it out!!!..Please see GP!;-)
