    my question is why does the fuse keep blowing

    after driving through water my toyota camery 1998 stoped   it had blown a couple of fuses 15s and 30s have dried out the area however it keeps blowing the fuel fuse

      The wiring is still wet.

        There is a short circuit in your electric fuel pump.Not much you can do except replace the pump.
