        8GB ram ro 8GB harddrive 8GB is to for ram, & what  take what a program or save a picture, or save a set-up??? more info on take

            is the answer about a purported user manual all there is? it did not come with a users manual, how do we get one? the quick guide references such as web sites are obtuseand offer no help.

              I gave you the link to Apple's support center where more help is available. I do not own an iPod for just this reason, no one seems to know how to use them.
