      Are you saying your wife told the insurance company, she hadn't claimed in 15 years, but in fact it was 8 years, if this is so ,it is a wonder she hasn't been scrubbed by all car insurance companies for making a false statement. --- or are you saying the insurance company have a wrong number of years no claim!!!

        I would inform the company making the incorrect information available, and if they didn't fix it, report them to the agency overseeing their licensing in your state. You have the right not to have incorrect information financially affecting your life.
