"Dizzy" NEEDS investigation by a DR...ARE You eating healthily/enough..at regular intervals??..Have you had Your Blood pressure checked recently..may be low...dizzy can be from many things...low or high blood sugar...maybe something as simple as the heat...but please get checked out..(oh AND IF you are taking anti-histamines for your hayfever they may cause drowsiness..but I`d seriously check it out!
