    "username"screen keeps appearing (uncalled for).

    On ipad2. To lose the screen, I have to click on the tick; I then lose all previous pages.


    What am I doing wrong?

          What is this? I do not think it's a solution to the problem.

          Because its on his Ipad it could be one of many things he may need to change an application, he may need to delete an application I thought by sending this link it would give a basic idea. And from this he could find what may help.
