    When grievance is less than 4000 words and does not contain any unacceptable symbols etc, why it is not being accepted?

    What are unacceptable symboles not to be used? Why keep such restrictions and harrash citizens?

      If you believe your grievance to be genuine chase it up, the company has to at least acknowledge your concerns, if they don't I would contact the union or appropriate higher authority
