      I'm sure they would have ways of doing this, just like a doctor could.I'm guessing they would have special instruments to carry out this procedure.

        If the glass is protruding above the skin then waxing with a hot wax (use wax made for face) will remove the glass.I am a male body therapist, and this has been used before. Wax is also use to remove small hair like thorns, that are to small for tweezes.
