Sorry, this is more than we can help with. You need a computer tech. I'm lost just trying to follow what you want to do.
If you think you can do something like this with a modem/computer, how is it that you do not know how to Google for the information you need? You know what you're trying to do so you will spot the help sites faster than I will.
