Are there any doctors any LI who really care about their patients

I've not a clue what "LI" stands for (Licensed Internist?), but as far as doctors caring about their patients, I've not had one for well over ten years.  My doctor gave me so much time, and thoroughly discussed what was ailing me (as well as WHY). Compassionate, professional, and completely competent in every aspect of his profession.
NOW: One doctor didn't diagnose correctly.  One doctor didn't follow through with testing.  Same doctor (#2) failed to follow through with ordering a prescription after a recent visit.
My sister's doctor simply gives her meds rather than investigate the reason FOR her condition.  She had major surgery after suffering for nearly a year from something that SHOULD have been diagnosed months earlier.
YES, I am looking for a new doctor.  At 60, I'm expecting things to start falling apart in spite of best efforts.
