How is E-ON Allowed to charge Premium Phone Call Rates ??
I have just found out that E-On have been charging me premium phone rates for calls made querying my electric and gas accounts. Looking back on previous phone bills I found the same thing happing each time I made an inquiry. On the telephone bill they list themselves as Ng1 looks nothing like E-On does it??
