How do I complain about 1and1 & debt collectors
On two occasions April/May 2012 have threatened to place me in the hands of a bad debt agency for two different invoice's but I do not know what these payments are for. I have sent emails to support@1and1.co.uk, legal@1and1.co.uk and billing@1and1.uk asking for an explanation of what these payments are for but they say my email address is different when in fact I gave them three email addresses that I have beeen using over the years I have been with them.
By the way, I have already had one very bad experience with 1and1 and their debt agency but I managed to take my sons business domains away from them. Thats why I need to find out what they are billing me for???
