Tell you to go get a job if you don't have one, or tell you to go get another one if you already have a first one. Other than that, your only other option sounds like joining the Navy and having yourself assigned to a ship. Just look at it as your own crowded house on the water with lots of security.

You never have to worry about getting bored with a neighborhood, as your house is always on the go. You also save all kinds of gas money going to work, as the moment you roll out of bed, you're already there.

If you have not got it then should you even conserder a place on your own with the many the costs involved in have your own place

As Shootah said, get a job, if that's not enough, get a second job, a finance company or banking institution may also be prepared to lend you money provided you can prove you are able to pay it back
