    have i to pay such an high amount to get my husband to be home for aleave to prepare our wedding? or is this a scam? i was told by an officer to send this amount to an address in the states by westernunion? looks suspicious to me. can you help me please?

      It's a scam. An officer doesn't have the authority to do any such thing. If you truly got this from your fiance's officer, he needs to be reported.
