    the abs, brake, o/d light stay on and speed meter dont work after jump starteding it

      Take it to a garage.  You may have done something to the transmission. As for the abs, you could have damaged the unit by jump starting it.

        what may have happen was that the vehicle was jump started backwards which caused electronic modules to burn up or at least blow/short out some main or mega fuses which power up one or more of the systems  that are inop on yor vehicle.
