I answered this already. They are hemorrhoids, unless you have a mirror and you can reach down there with it, you won't see them. They are swollen red lumps usually in a cluster. Many people suffer from this condition. It's not life threatening unless they are bleeding. If you are overly concerned see a doctor, otherwise, get some Preparation H.
