      If you wish to remove programs that you no longer use but are using computer memory, then delete the programs. 


      In order to uninstall a program press the 'Start' button, then open the 'Control Panel' and double click the option 'Programs and Properties', then search for the program you wish to uninstall on the programs list, double click it and choose 'Uninstall'. 


      If you have files, pictures or videos using memory that you no longer want, right click on each one and delete it.

        memory use can not be deleted an application needs to use memory for it to run
