Patricia, we need more information in order to try to help you with this. Your Grandmother's Name, City or Town, State or Province, and Country. If she was religious which religion and would it seem likely that she would have been buried in a cemetary of that religion?
A quicker way would be to check to see if she was buried next to your Grandfather (if they remained married). Especially if you have more details about him...spouses usually get buried next to or on top of one another. So, if you know where he is buried check that cemetary first.

I see she lived in Indiana PA..was this until or close to her death??
