I just saw the tag. Once you delete something from e-mail trash bin, you can not get it back. If you contact your e-mail provider, they may be able to retrieve the deleted mail for you if it's not been too long.

This answer shows how to recover an email from the recycle bin. My question is; how can I recover an emil if it has been deleted from the recycle bin?
