If you log on to Visicom Media, Inc, you can download a toolbar cleaner free. It will give you the steps you should take to eliminate any unwanted toolbar. Or, you can open your control panel click on Programs (subset uninstall a program) scroll through the list until you find the program you want to uninstall, click on the unwanted toolbar, click uninstall, no more toolbar.
