       24k is less than or equal to 737
    Your goal is to have the unknown (K) all by itself on one side of the equals sign. Since 24 is multiplied by K, the way to get K alone is to DIVIDE 24 by K.  This will cancel out the 24 and leave you with K.
    What you do on one side of the equals sign, you MUST do on the other.  You must divide 737 by 24. 
    24k / 24<= 737/24
    K <= 30.783333......
