I too have just finished my CHL course-work and have an appt. at one of our leading indoor fire-arms ranges. They are part of the "FastPass" system in which fingerprinting is done using electronic means. so, contact some of your indoor ranges and see if they can get you in. However, I still think you will need to go on-line to make the appt. via the "system". There is about a $10 charge for this finger printing service. - Good Luck !
