    because ive tried diffrent cables and its still the same.I dont know what els to do.What do you mean by somting bout a board? theres this board looking thing but its not connected to the video input socket.

      There has to be a graphic card to show the monitor what to do, take it to a citified repair shop and get an estimate and be prepared to buy a new one as repairs can be costly.

        the monitor is fine the pc cable maybe the problem. i would have fixed it for you free  if i was near you unfortunately I never meet people that are on line even thou I am a big man that works with big animals
