No some have onboard Graphics processing this uses the pc memory a graphics card has it's own memory leaving more for pc to use if you need more help I am happy to help

I have an synergy hard drive thats connected to a phillips screen. When i turn it on it says no video input.Its worked alright untill 2 months ago.what do you think the problem is?
