This is a tricky one, but it goes like this: If Mankind wanted to, and i really mean wanted to, could We send an H-bomb to our biggest gasplanet Jupiter, and detonate it at the right time, so Jupiters enourmous amount of Hydrogen could fuse together, and actually begin burning. Please think over it and if it is impossible, then why??

The uncontroled burnning of hydrogen would be very unwise use of resources

Im not talking about what is wise or moral correct and so on. Im talking about, Could it be done? And you say burning of Hydrogen. Isnt that just a little understatement, when its FUSION, hydrogen parcipitates in? You know, Hydrogenbombs.
