    Looking for low cost dentist or school that will let me pay payments. I live in moorpark ca 93021 and am in pain

      Try a dental school in the nearest University to where you live. if that fails,try to get on Medi -aid. My girl friend's adult son is on Medic- aid and they paid for a lot of dental work for him. Maybe most dentists will let you make payments. Or, charge it and make payments to your charge card company, which is owned by a bank.
