      Yes..On pretty much any clear night (Away from light pollution) You can see many Sat's with your naked eye.. they will appear as small stars moving across the night sky Some will travel across the sky in as little as 10 sec.. others a bit longer.. they are easy to see as they move much faster than the background stars and planets.
