No. You're on your own with personal bills. 

If you are unemployed and are going to school in order to gain an education in something that will make you more employable, unemployment will pay for it. It wouldn't hurt to talk with them though. There might be some sort of program available to help, if you meet certain criteria. What a lot of people do, is work and go to school at the same time.
