I am trying to get back into EQk11 and have an expired Visa Card in my account that won't delete - it was used to make my subscription payments - I have entered a valid Master Card as an alternate and it has been accepted - how can I get rid of the Visa and have the Master Card pay my subscription?       You need to contact the game site's support center. I do not know what game site this game is on.
