ET are not male or female.  They possess both sex's attributes and are able to reproduce without coitus. The concept of sex, as you desire it, is not part of the ET lifestyle. 
ALL ETs are "easy-going", but they are quite domineering of their own existence and activities. Were they to engage in relationships, this might be different, but they don't really NEED another ET to create a village, so they can be easy-going but bossy at the same time.  
Cooking, washing dishes, cleaning the house, and paying bills (with their own money, I am sure you meant to say) is NOT native to ET behavior.  The concept of living within the confines of  home is nonexistent.  To expect this behavior is ignorant. You are speaking of an earthly, human lifestyle....having their own pickup....also not going to happen.  ETs drive sporty cars, and SUVs.  
You should take a closer look at the "aliens" you HAVE met.  You'd have better luck. ETs will definitely NOT be interested in pursuing a relationship with you. Trust me.  You must trust me....
