How do i stop a company taking my car insurance renewal from my bank account, as my phone calls to them are being ignored

My car renewal is due very soon and i want to change insurers but the company that i am with wil be taken the renewal from my bank and i dont want them doing this, we paid our premium by debit card,

call the bank and they will help you. do it soon before its too late.

Phone the bank, and write a letter to the Insurance Company.
